KRYFS is India’s leading Transformer Core manufacturing company with a capacity to convert 50,000 MT per annum of CRGO Electrical Steel into transformer laminations and cores.
Today, KRYFS services the entire value chain of energy supply from generation (of Solar Power), Transmission (through its EPC business) to distribution (through the manufacture of transformers, cores, and fabrication) and employs over 750 people, all over India.
KRYFS has ten manufacturing facilities for manufacturing of distribution and medium power transformers up to 10 MVA, 33 KV class, laminations, transformer cores, transformer tanks, and lifting slings. Four units are located at Kherdi, Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, one unit at Palghar, Maharashtra, three units in Savli, Gujarat, and two in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

Humanitarian Approach To Life, While we should not tolerate indiscipline or a lazy approach, we should always remember that all people working with us are human beings, just like us and have feelings, aspirations and therefore we should treat them humanely and with respect. Never disrespect another, because people are not the problem usually, but the process is. Blaming people for failure is not an option at KRYFS.

In December 2022, we complete 30 years of existence. Along the way, we have managed to touch millions of lives, by providing transformer cores to some of the biggest transformers built in India, which have provided power to India’s power grid. We have therefore impacted the lives of thousands of farmers and villagers, built transmission lines and substations in rural areas which enable people to experience the electricity for the first time and producing lacs of kW hours of solar energy, thereby saving thousands of tons of carbon dioxide polluting our environment and leaving a greener planet.

Our Bhopal manufacturing facility has a proceeding transformer tanks capacity of 4000 MTPA, spread across an area of 11000 sqmt.

Inhouse shot blasting facility available
Closed paint booth available
Dry oven – ( up to 12 mtr Hight, 4.5 mts width & 15 mts length)
Approved in NTPC, PGCIL, NPCL, RDSO, Adani and railways.
Approved in different (… no’s) railway boards for manufacturing of cutting chains, bare plates etc.
Palghar Manufacturing Facility
Our Palghar manufacturing facility has a processing capacity of 15,000 MTPA, spread across an area of 60,000 sqft.
- Three CNC SDRI make Cut to Length lines – 400mm (2) and 600mm (1)
- SDRI (1000mm) slitting machines
- Continuous 3 zone roller hearth Annealing Furnaces
- 5 MT EOT, 5 MT EOT and 3 MT EOT cranes
