CRGO Lamination
KRYFS Power Components Ltd. is one of India’s leading manufacturers of transformer core lamination having a manufacturing capacity of over 50,000 MT per year. We specialize inCut to size Laminations for transformers from 11 KV class to 1200 KV class, Built-up/Assembled Cores up to 50 MT, Core & Coil Assembly up to 50MT, Amorphous Core, Toroidal Cores, Unicores & Current Transformer (Active Part).
CRGO Coil Assembly
A CRGO (Cold Rolled Grain Oriented) coil assembly is a fundamental component in the construction of high-efficiency electrical power and distribution transformers. The precise integration of these coils with the CRGO core ensures that the transformer can efficiently step voltage up or down while maintaining reliable performance and wasting as little electrical energy as possible.
24×7 Transformers
KRYFS is a manufacturer of transformers up to 10 MVA 33 KV Class Power Transformers, and Solar Inverter duty Transformers, which includes star-rated and high-efficiency transformers. KRYFS is an NTPC (Solar), as well as a Sakhar Sankul (Sugar Industry of Maharashtra), approved supplier.
Amorphous Cores
Amorphous Cores are manufactured using advanced amorphous metal technology that offers exceptionally low core loss and high energy efficiency for modern transformer applications. Designed to enhance transformer performance and reduce power wastage, these cores contribute to cost savings, improved reliability, and environmentally responsible energy distribution. Their superior magnetic properties make them an ideal choice for next-generation power and distribution transformers.
Material Handling
Material Handling solutions are designed to support safe, efficient, and streamlined movement of industrial materials across manufacturing and warehouse operations. Engineered for durability and high performance, these systems help improve productivity, reduce manual effort, and ensure smooth operational workflow in demanding industrial environments.
Transformer Tanks
KRYFS has setup a fabrication units at Kherdi and Bhopal. These facilities are experts in creating transformer tanks with capacities ranging from 5 MVA to 500 MVA (up to 765 kV class). KRYFS is supplier to all major utilities in India and approved by POWERGRID, NTPC. In addition to transformer tanks the KRYFS fabrication units also manufacture shunt laminations and components and parts to Indian Railways.
